Creative Strategy was founded by Geza Kokai and Donna Child to support artists and creatives in building meaningful, sustainable, and professionally fulfilling practices.

Our approach brings together two essential perspectives: the creative process and the professional art world. Geza contributes expertise in creative development, artistic process, and innovative thinking, while Donna brings her experience as a gallerist, art advisor, ISA & USPAP trainned fine art appraiser, and specialist in the art marketplace.

Together, with decades of experience, we connect creative vision with professional direction, helping artists develop their ideas, communicate the value of their work, and navigate the opportunities and challenges of building a creative career.

We believe creativity is the foundation of every artistic journey — but a successful and sustainable practice also requires clarity, confidence, strategy, and an understanding of how the creative world operates.

Our goal Is not to change an artist’s voice, but to strengthen the foundation around their creativity so their work can be presented professionally, reach the right audiences, and create meaningful opportunities.

Creative Strategy also supports the next generation of creatives. Supporting the Creative Journey provides a resource for parents and guardians navigating the educational, professional, and creative pathways available to their children.

Through our Emerging Creatives Mentorship and Guidance Program, we support high school students, post-secondary students, emerging artists, and creative thinkers as they explore their interests, develop their creative identity, and consider educational and professional opportunities.
